Thousands of kilometers to the North our Japanese counterparts are treating good fish with respect – they are making tempura! Snowy shows us how to do it at home.

Have been thinking about a good piece of battered fish and chips lately, it looks great, it will be good to grab some seafood to try with the batter, I wonder how the batter go if you used it to make potato scallops?
